The aim was to design a new concept model for Husqvarnas' i540 electrical chainsaw. Starting with the research from the target group, forms and shapes were explored by building up a physical prototype using clay whereas digital concepts played an important role. OHM is a new concept for urban professionals. Husqvarna OHM is designed for arborists, who work in metropolitan cities. New OHM offers more silent, but efficient results. New OHM is lighter, safer and more sustainable because of the use of battery power.
